As per Office Memorandum No. PHDR-23-20 signed today (February 26), Midyear Graduation 2020 is scheduled this coming March 12.

1. Please be informed that the 105th Commencement Exercises will be held on 12 March 2020 (Thursday), 2 p.m. at the CvSU International Convention Center with Dr. Reynaldo V. Ebora, Executive Director of DOST-Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD), as the Commencement Speaker.

2. The General Rehearsal and Orientation is scheduled on 10 March 2020 (Tuesday), 9 a.m. at the same venue. Distribution of programs, ribbons, caps and gowns will be done after the rehearsal.

​

3. Graduation pictorial will resume on 02 March (Monday) and will end on 04 March 2020 (Wednesday). Photos with the official photographer will be used for the audio-visual presentation during the ceremony.

​

4. Due to the limited space, only Big Administrative Council members can be accommodated in the venue during the ceremony. However, faculty members and employees can still witness the momentous event thru the video wall and the Facebook page.
